Squawk x Moorhouse’s: One year on

It’s hard to believe it’s almost been a year since Oliver Turton, founder and former owner of Squawk Brewing Company, announced the exciting future of Squawk Brewing Co at Moorhouse’s Brewery. Time has flown, and we thought it was the perfect moment to share what’s been brewing behind the scenes over the past 12 months.

Not long after the deal was sealed, we welcomed a new face to the team, Lead Brewer Tom Plant. Tasked with carrying forward Squawk’s brewing legacy, Tom has been instrumental in laying the groundwork for this new chapter. Recently, we even had a special visit from Oli, the previous owner/brewer of Squawk, who stopped by to catch up with Tom and the brewing team and see how things were progressing.

Now, with our new brew kit fired up and ready, we’re thrilled to unveil something special that marks this new era: a brand new beer is landing in pubs and taprooms near you from Monday, 5th May!

Say hello to MARIANA, a tropical dank hazy pale bursting with juicy pineapple, zesty lime, a helping of passionfruit goodness from the Citra hops, and El Dorado hops pile on the tropical vibes with flavours of stone fruit. 

This latest Squawk Brewing Co creation will be available in 9g casks and is the perfect way to toast to a new chapter.
