Free delivery for orders over £50. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
We have 2 delivery days each week. Orders made by midnight on a Monday will be delivered on Wednesday, orders made by midnight on a Wednesday will be delivered on Friday, so to guarantee delivery before the weekend.
We can currently only offer delivery to mainland UK. Remote locations including Scotland, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, EIRE, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands will have additional shipping costs and longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you would like to place an order for delivery in any of the listed locations.
Click and Collect
Collection from the brewery is available. Order online and select ‘Collection from Brewery’ option at checkout. Brewery is open for collections: Monday – Thursday (8:30am – 4:30pm). You will receive an email to confirm once your order is ready for collection.
We try our best to ensure our bottles aren’t damaged however when your order has left the brewery it is outside of our control. If you do receive damaged items please contact us so we can refund or replace your items on email@example.com.
If your order hasn’t arrived, please check the tracking via the courier and contact them directly. If your issue hasn’t been resolved, contact the above email address.
RETURNS (CLOTHING & MERCHANDISE)
We will refund any clothing or merchandise items that have been returned within 30 days of their order.
Any items must be returned in their original packaging, with any labels intact and in the same condition as received.
We will require proof of purchase to process your return. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to make us aware of your return.
You must cover the costs of return shipping and address the items to:

Once received, we will send you an email on your original purchase email to confirm if you will receive a refund for the returned item. Any refunds may take up to 30 days to arrive in your bank account.
RETURNS (BOTTLED BEER)
We cannot accept returns for any bottled beer in its normal condition. If you receive any bottles with defects including smell, taste and clarity please notify us by emailing email@example.com. We will process refunds or offer you a gift card accordingly.
