Our Latest Small Batch Brews: August/September 2025

We’ve been busy creating and brewing our latest small batch beers, experimenting with different flavours, and the time has come to launch our newest seasonal beers!

Without further ado, here’s a taste of what’s in store:

 

Citrus Drift New Zealand Blonde 3.8%

Citrus Drift is a crisp blonde ale brewed with delicate lager malts that lend a smooth, bready backbone. Balanced by the vibrant personality of Motueka hops from New Zealand, this brew bursts with notes of fresh lime zest, subtle tropical fruit, and a hint of herbal spice. Clean, refreshing, and sessionable, you will be drifting back for more!

New Moon Mosaic Session IPA 4.1%

Session IPA with Cryo Mosaic and Abstrax Mosaic, flavourful yet easy-drinking beer, offering the full aromatic punch of a bigger IPA without the higher ABV. Expect bright tropical, citrus, and berry complexity, wrapped in a crisp, clean, and refreshing package.

Quintessent Harlequin Hopped English IPA 4.8%

Quintessent reimagines the classic English IPA with a modern twist, showcasing the bold and expressive Harlequin hop – brewed exclusively for the Wetherspoons Beer Festival 2025.

Traditional British malts provide a rich, biscuity base with hints of caramel, while the Harlequin hops bring vibrant notes of passionfruit, peach, and a touch of pine. Earthy undertones and a balanced bitterness anchor this brew, delivering a refined yet adventurous take on a timeless style.
