Telesales & RTM Executive
Join the Sales Team at Moorhouse’s Brewery
We’re on the lookout for a driven and well-organised Telesales & RTM Executive to join our Sales team at Moorhouse’s Brewery in Burnley. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, this is a full-time, office-based role focused on relationship-led selling, trade outreach, and supporting our online sales channels across Moorhouse’s and Squawk Brew Co.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong sales background who’s ready to take ownership of key customer interactions while also supporting sales-focused marketing tasks like trade email campaigns and social content.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making proactive outbound calls and managing inbound sales enquiries
- Building strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Booking qualified sales meetings for our Business Development Managers
- Managing and fulfilling online trade orders (e.g. Eebria, Sellar)
- Writing and sending targeted trade emails and sales offers
- Posting and scheduling content for social media accounts
- Keeping CRM records up to date and logging customer data
- Promoting seasonal launches, collabs, and special releases
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role (telesales or field)
- Excellent phone manner and customer relationship skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident using Office 365 and navigating CRM systems
- Proactive, commercial mindset and passion for beer
- Social media and/or email marketing experience is a bonus
