Moorhouse’s, Lancashire’s leading independent brewery, has further strengthened its sales team to grow business across Greater Manchester for the famous ‘Pendle Witches’ ales.
Louie Dunkin has joined as regional sales executive with the award winning Burnley brewery. Previously key accounts & general operations manager with hospitality focused Bliss Supplies, Louie first worked in telesales at the Warrington based company before becoming regional area sales manager for Cheshire and later in Manchester.
The appointment comes soon after Moorhouse’s rolled out the innovative Stray Dog brew in a new initiative with Manchester’s iconic New Order band.
Louie, who lives in Manchester, said: “I am really looking forward to developing business for Moorhouse’s brands with both regular ale enthusiasts and the new wave beer drinkers in Manchester’s vibrant pubs and bars. It is a very exciting time for the brewery to grow in the city and Stray Dog has already been very well received.”
Sales director Mark Boardman said: “This is a key appointment for the brewery. With Louie’s experience and enthusiasm and our very strong brands, now including Stray Dog, we are looking to build long term business relations across the city’s booming hospitality sector.”
Moorhouse’s state-of-the-art brewery now directly supplies several hundred free trade pubs throughout the North of England and reaches outlets nationwide via contracts with major pub companies and leading drinks wholesalers.
