This dark ale layers classic roasted malt character—notes of dark chocolate, espresso, and toasted nuts—with subtle undertones of dried fruit, molasses, and a whisper of spice. The Phoenix hops lend a gentle bitterness and a distinctive aroma with hints of floral resin and sweet spice, rounding out the finish beautifully.
