Sales Administration Assistant


The primary role will be to assist the Admin Manager with the administration of the sales, purchase order process and delivery admin within the Brewery.

Sales Administration:

· Processing customer orders via email and telephone.

· Taking payments for orders through Opayo.

· Answering the telephone and dealing with internal and external inquiries.

· Process ullages and credit notes (we use a CRM packaged called Brewman and training will be given)

· Daily dispatch email for certain customer orders

· Handle order fulfilment via EDI for national deliveries / supermarkets

· Liaise with delivery contractors on fulfilment of key supermarket orders.

· Other ad hoc admin duties such as Point of Sales dispatch and general public sales payments from the Brewery shop.


· Invoicing daily deliveries through CRM system.

· Assisting with the purchase and sales ledger (XERO)

· Reconciling customer and supplier statements (XERO).

· Issue daily Aged Debt and Payment reports

Ideally you will have experience working in a previous admin role, be comfortable using Office 365 and email.


Weekly Hours include:

Monday – Thursday 8:00am till 4:00pm (30 Minute Lunch Break)

Friday – 8:00am till 1:00pm

35 hours per week. Includes Bank Holidays.


Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.

· Experience using Xero or similar accounting software.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial tasks.

· Previous experience in sales or finance administration is preferred.

· Ability to clearly and effectively communicate on the phone.


Salary: £12.50 an hour
